Here’s a list of things I need to work on in 2020. I wrote this list initially on December, 2019. I decided to copy the list from my notebook into my blog.

Work

  • Focus on getting promoted.
  • Give a session.

Physical

  • Bike 3,000 miles.
  • Run 300 miles.
  • SF to LA ride.
  • Run a half marathon.
  • Quit vaping.
  • Finish a trifecta Spartan.

Emotional

  • Meditate.
  • Giving.
  • Find a roommate.
  • Work on my relationships.
  • Family.
